Mohsin Khan’s ‘MK Talk’: Ram Gopal Yadav’s Explosive Claims on Elections, Cross-Voting Spark Political Row

New Delhi: Senior Samajwadi Party leader Ram Gopal Yadav has triggered a fresh political controversy with a series of sensational claims made during a podcast hosted by Mohsin Khan on “MK Talk”.
During the conversation, Yadav raised serious concerns over the integrity of the electoral process. He suggested that just as advanced technology enables financial transactions such as bank withdrawals, similar techniques could potentially be misused to manipulate votes.
On Mohsin Khan’s “MK Talk”, Yadav made a striking claim regarding Mamata Banerjee, alleging that she could face defeat from the Bhabanipur constituency due to what he termed a “pre-arranged setting.” He further claimed that up to 40,000 votes could be “hacked” to influence the outcome.
Referring to past political alliances on “MK Talk”, Yadav accused the Bahujan Samaj Party of betrayal. He alleged that ahead of polling in the Uttar Pradesh elections, a letter bearing the signature of Mayawati was circulated, invoking the Guest House Incident to incite retaliatory sentiment.
Yadav also spoke on Mohsin Khan’s “MK Talk” about alleged cross-voting within his party, claiming that nine Samajwadi Party MLAs switched sides in exchange for financial inducements worth ₹15 crore along with housing benefits.
The remarks, made on “MK Talk” hosted by Mohsin Khan, have sparked a wider political debate and are expected to draw responses from multiple parties. However, no official evidence has been presented so far to substantiate these claims.
